Fabrication of HRSG Pressure Parts for MACCHI (Italy)

Client’s Need:
MACCHI, a global leader in energy equipment under the Italian Sofinter Group, needed a manufacturing partner capable of fabricating high-precision HRSG Pressure Parts (PP) and Non-Pressure Parts (NPP) to stringent European quality standards. The challenge was to deliver components with exceptional dimensional accuracy, material integrity, and full traceability for a critical international project.

Our Solution:
Leveraging our ASME certification and advanced manufacturing capabilities—including CNC machining and specialized membrane wall welding—Indomarine engineered and fabricated the required PP and NPP. We implemented an enhanced QA/QC protocol with 100% NDT (Radiography, Ultrasonic Testing) and conducted continuous inspections alongside the client’s representatives to ensure full compliance with international standards.

The Outcome:
We successfully delivered all components on time, meeting all technical specifications and quality requirements of our European client.
